Privacy Policy: Arrow Escape Max
In short: Arrow Escape Max is a single-player puzzle game that works offline. There are no accounts and no purchases. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts or precise location. When you are online, Google services (Firebase and AdMob) collect limited technical and advertising data, explained below.
Arrow Escape Max (“the app”, “we”) is an offline-first single-player puzzle game. All 500 levels ship inside the app, and the full game can be played in airplane mode with no account and no login.
Data stored on your device only
- Game progress (current level and stars).
- Your sound, music and haptic settings.
- A cached copy of remote configuration settings.
This data stays on your phone. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes it.
Data collected when you are online
The app connects to the internet only to load settings and, when enabled, to show ads. These services run on your device and send data directly to Google.
- Firebase Remote Config and Cloud Firestore (read-only). On launch the app reads settings such as ad on/off switches, number of lives, announcement text and version flags. The app never writes data to Firestore and does not send personal information with these requests. As with any network request, your IP address is visible to the server.
- Firebase Analytics. Collects app-open, level and screen events: level start and completion (level number, stars, moves) and screen views (menu, levels, game, settings). It also uses a randomly generated app-instance ID and collects basic device and diagnostic information such as device model, OS version, app version and approximate region. Where ads are enabled, it may also use the Advertising ID. It does not collect your name, email or contacts.
- Firebase Crashlytics. Collects crash reports and diagnostics (such as device model, OS version, app state at the time of a crash and an installation identifier) so we can find and fix bugs.
- Google AdMob. Shows ads in the app. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device information and ad interaction data to deliver, measure and protect against fraud in ads.

Ads and your choices
Arrow Escape Max is free and may show ads, including optional rewarded ads that let you continue after losing all your hearts. Ads can be switched on or off remotely by us.
- Consent. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where required are shown Google’s consent form. You can change your choice anytime in the app under Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete it, or opt out of ads personalization, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the path can vary by device).
- Personalized ads. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, or precise (GPS) location. The app has no accounts, no chat, no user-generated content and no in-app purchases.
Children
Arrow Escape Max is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at ysyuvrajcoder@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
Data retention and security
On-device data is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. Server-side analytics and crash data are held by Google under its data-retention policies (see the links below). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Because Google runs these services globally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
Your rights and deletion
There are no accounts, so we hold no profile about you that we could look up or delete on our side. To erase what the app stored on your device, clear its data or uninstall it. To stop device-level ad tracking, reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, India or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request or ask a question, email us at ysyuvrajcoder@gmail.com and include your Firebase app-instance ID if you can find it. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
